A beautiful elopement in the mountains of Warren Vermont. An amazing team came together to make this shoot work, especially in the bitter cold winter temps. We started the day with getting ready at the most amazing glass house with an amazing view. Once the bride and groom were all ready we traveled a few miles away were we shot some amazing portraits on frozen blueberry lake. Soumia and Tyler were ready to head back to the airbnb were they enjoyed a glass of champagne in the hot tub to warm up. It was a perfect end to a perfect day.
I noticed a trend where couples were captured in beautifully staged, yet somewhat impersonal, poses. It struck me that amidst the carefully choreographed scenes, the genuine, authentic moments—the laughter, the quiet exchanges, the unscripted emotions—were often lost. This realization served as a turning point for me. I made a conscious decision to step away from the conventional, cookie-cutter approach and embark on a mission to redefine wedding photography.
